Smettere di rimandare..da subito!
Links prepare an examination, or skip the session? It is a tragedy, but if it happens more than once may make you feel guilty, inadequate, and in addition to compromising your self-esteem, slow down your university career.
Del delayed because we have already mentioned in the post "I start tomorrow "Now let's see how do you stop! The recipe is simple: do whatever you were referring to ... just a few minutes. If you have to study, concentrated on the books for half an hour and only once. Then do whatever you want. If you rearrange the closet, metti a posto solo un cassetto, al resto ci penserai dopo.
The start of each activity in the brain creates anxiety-like activity that returns to the "calm" when the task is completed. 'Break, which prevents complete the work, keeps alive the anxiety that haunts us until we finished what was left in abeyance.
"The procrastinators," Wiseman writes, "often refer to the beginning certain activities because they are intimidated by the amount of work that awaits them. " Once persuaded to devote to the task "for a few minutes, can, of Usually, to get to the bottom.
Try out to apply this method and now studying for half an hour only, and if it does not work for you if you do not feel like continuing patience! You were good though: half an hour is better than nothing! Do the same tomorrow, after tomorrow and after that ... ...
